Falcon I Matt Enamel is a based on high quality Alkyd resin enamel paint. It provides matt finish and environmental friendly “Lead Free”. It has optimum color retention with outstanding durability and maximum yellowing resistance.

Recommended Usage
To be used for interior and exterior surfaces such as concrete, plaster gypsum board wood and
steel works.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Spray Data
Pressure at nozzle : 150 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip (inches) : 0.013 – 0.021
Spray Angle : 65o – 80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.

Application Method
Apply two coats of Falcon I Matt Enamel (top coat) by brush, roller and spray thinned with Thinner 1000 (10-15% by volume).

Recommended paint system for interior concrete:
• Falco Sealer Primer or Acrylic Emulsion Primer  – 1 coat
• Falco Stucco Putty  – 2 coats
• Falcon I Matt Enamel – 2 coats

Recommended paint system for steel works:
• Falco Red Oxide Primer  – 1 coat
• Falcon I Matt Enamel –  2 coats

Recommended paint system for wood works:
• Falco Wood Primer –  1 coat
• Falco Stucco Putty (interior only) –  2 coats
• Falcon I Matt Enamel  – 2 coats

Note: paint system may be varying according to the substrate.
