Falco Fast Dry Enamel is based on special Alkyd resin enamel quick drying flexible product. It has excellent leveling, adhesion and hiding power providing maximum resistance against yellowing, weathering, scratch and impact.

Recommended Usage
To be used for interior and exterior surfaces such as concrete, plaster gypsum board wood and steel works.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Pressure at nozzle : 150 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip (inches) : 0.013 – 0.021
Spray Angle : 65 – 80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.

Application Method
Apply two coats of Falco Fast Dry Enamel (top coat) by brush, roller and spray thinned with Thinner 1000 (10-15% by volume).

Recommended paint system for interior concrete:
• Falco sealer Primer or Acrylic Emulsion Primer 1 coat
• Falco Stucco Putty 2 coats
• Falco Fast Dry Enamel 2 coats

Recommended paint system for steel works:
• Falco Red Oxide Primer 1 coat
• Falco Fast Dry Enamel 2 coats

Recommended paint system for wood works:
• Falco Wood Primer 1 coat
• Falco Stucco Putty (interior only) 2 coats
• Falco Fast Dry Enamel 2 coats

Note: paint system may be varying according to the substrate.
