Falco Silk Diamond is based on a modified Acrylic water based product. It’s a suitable product to give long term protection against deterioration of the dried paint film due to the growth of bacteria, fungi and algae. It is highly washable and very good water and alkaline resistance.

Recommended Usage
To be used for exterior and interior surfaces such as concrete, rendered bricks, wood works, partitions and gypsum mainly for hospitals, clinics and schools.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Pressure at nozzle : 140-190 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip : 0.021″- 0.027″
Spray Angle : 65-80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.

Application Method
Apply two coats of Falco Silk Diamond (top coat) by brush, roller or spray thinned with fresh water (max. 10% by volume).

Recommended paint system for interior:
• Falco Sealer Primer P.V.A 1 coat
• Falco Stucco Putty 2 coats
• Falco Silk Diamond 2 coats

Recommended paint system for limited exteriors:
• Falco G.P Primer or Falco Acrylic Emulsion Primer 1 coat
• Falco G.P I Acrylic (Putty or Texture) 1 coat
• Falco Silk Diamond 2 coats

Note: paint System may be varying according to the substrate.
