Falco Wash Primer is a two pack acidic pre-treatment based on polyvinyl butyral resin etching primer product. It is specially formulated to provide good adhesion to the subsequent coats for non-ferrous surfaces including tin sheet and aluminum cladding.
Recommended Usage
To be used for aluminum cladding, galvanized surfaces, tin sheets and for all non-ferrous surfaces.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Pressure at nozzle : 150 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip (inches) : 0.018 – 0.021
Spray Angle : 65 – 80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.
Application Method
Apply one coat of Falco wash Primer by brush, roller and spray thinned with Thinner 2060 (10% by volume).
